To ensure the best experience, please make sure to stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals prior to your visit. Refrain from consuming caffeine or alcohol, and skip intense exercise on the day of your appointment. Arriving feeling relaxed will also help. Additionally, for your safety, please avoid driving for a few hours after your treatment if you feel lightheaded or tired.

Acupuncture - Follow up

If you have already had an Initial Acupuncture, this is not required. The initial consultation is required for any first-time acupuncture treatment, whether regular or facial, to ensure a full diagnosis.

​My facial acupuncture service may incorporate facial Gua Sha, Acupressure Massage, and Cupping Therapy. To allow access to the skin and ensure the needles can be applied effectively, please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, lotions, or sunscreen.

Unscented, Hypo-allergenic and Vegan Massage Cream will be used.
